Meet the team!
Mrs D. Wedge – SENCO
My name is Mrs Wedge, and I have been a SENCO for over 12 years. I am passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and ensuring that they receive high quality education, regardless of their need.
I am available every afternoon from 12.45pm, either by telephone on 0121 366 6182, or by email send@mv.lighthousefederation.com
In my spare time, I enjoy photography, walking, castles, steam trains, Pokémon and playing with my two little cats!
Sonny - Dog Mentor
My name is Sonny, and I am 4 years old. I live with Mrs Adair and I come into school a few days a week. I help children to regulate their emotions, to teach them how to be calm and to use appropriate tone.
In my spare time I enjoy chasing squirrels and running after my ball. And lots of fuss and treats of course!
Mrs V. Jones - Learning Support Assistant
My name is Mrs Jones; I have been a learning support assistant at Meadow View JMI for nearly 10 years, working with our wonderful children with SEND.
My passion is to bring out the best in every child I work with and help them find their “superpower”. I encourage the children to have fun while they learn, and I am partial to a funny joke or two!
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family.

Mrs C. Plant – Learning Mentor
My name is Mrs Plant, and I have been a Learning Mentor at Meadow View for nearly 10 years and previously spent eight years at a school in Birmingham. I am passionate about breaking down barriers and building confidence in children so that they can go and achieve their goals.

I am a keen Aston Villa supporter and enjoy spending time with my family.
Mrs L. Cham - Learning Support Assistant
My name is Mrs Cham and I support children with Special Educational Needs at Meadow View.
I strive to ensure children make progress whilst considering their emotional needs and individual interests.
In my free time I love to go camping, cycling and swimming with my family.
Mrs R. Jones - Learning Support Assistant
My name is Mrs Jones and I am a Learning Support Assistant at Meadow View.
I enjoy working alongside the children and offering one-to-one support.
I spend my spare time with my family and close friends, making lots of new memories.

My name is Mrs Morris, and I have been a Learning Support Assistant, working with children with Special Educational Needs, at Meadow View for over 20 years.
I am passionate about ensuring all children have access to high quality education and supporting them on their journey through school life.
I enjoy being outdoors, walking with my dog and spending time with my family.
